First graduating class from GIT in 1978 with Howard Alden directly behind H.R. David Deavenport has provided some further identification of individuals in the picture. He is in the back row second from the left. Tommy Tedesco is to the right of H.R. with Ron Eschete between them. Don Mock is the front row second from the right. Pat Hicks is to the left of H.R. and Joe Dorio is to the right of Tommy Tedesco. He writes: "Also, next to me in the glasses, is Charlie Fechter, who used to hand notate some of the original REH books, among others. The lady in the lower left was Kathy, who taught a class in musical notation as well as being the receptionist. The lady on the bottom right next to Don Mock, was Becky Hicks, Pat's wife."
